Data
The CIESIN-managed NASA Socioeconomic Data and Applications Center (SEDAC) was issued a stop work order on 7 March 2025, and its data were removed from the NASA Earthdata catalog in early April 2025. The Google spreadsheet that we link to below provides links to the data set download URLs. SEDAC had >290 data sets comprising >60,000 granules (individual download files). We plan to develop a data search tool in the coming weeks, but for now users will need to search using "Control-F" to find data sets in the list. Users may find it easier to search for data if they download the Google Sheet to Excel.
Note that NASA Earthdata Login accounts are still required to access the data on our servers. If you do not have an account, you may register for one here, free of charge.
